David Goldman, a model/fisherman from New Jersey, had no clue when he married a Brazilian beauty that his life would be thrown into such chaos. After just four short years of marriage, and the birth of one son, Bruna Bianchi abducted their son and moved back to her home country of Brazil with her parents. She remarried a Brazilian lawyer's (specializing in international children's cases) son, but died shortly after ward during the childbirth of her second child.A Father's Love, One Man's Unrelenting Battle to Bring His Abducted Son Home is Goldman's accounting of the six year struggle to get his son, Sean, back from his ex-parents-in-law and ex-wife's new husband, despite Brazil's agreement to abide by the Hague Convention. Despite overwhelming odds, Goldman took his struggle to high-level U.S. government officials and national media organizations in the hopes of getting some assistance in fighting the injustices being upheld by the Brazilian government.
A well written and very touching story that shows that a parent's love never ends.
